This place was incredible! I walked in and was immediately greeted by a very professional and pleasant staff. All of my paperwork was done electronically, making that process seamless. I brought a book to read and didn't even have time to open it before I was called into my room. The attendant/nurse who took my vitals and asked me basic questions was just as sweet and personable as the lobby staff. The doctor was in mere seconds after the attendant/nurse left. He treated me like an individual and not just another walk in. I'm probably sounding a little repetitious, but the doctor also proved to be extremely personable and sympathetic to my symptoms. They offered to call my medication into my pharmacy of choice, but I opted to choose the pharmacy on site because everyone else had already been so amazing, I was sure they would be, too. They didn't disappoint. The pharmacy staff again greeted me professionally and with a smile. They offered me a free coffee voucher at the cafe in the facility and said my medication would be ready when I returned. Even the barista was AMAZING! He showed genuine concern for my visit to the facility and wished me well as he sent me off with a delicious cold brew (don't forget to tip your barista, fellow patients!). By the time I got back to the pharmacy, my meds were ready and the two employees explained everything I needed to know about my meds and how they should be administered. And all of this in 40 minutes. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, I encountered nothing but personable, amazing people who seemed to genuinely care about my visit. It probably took me longer to type this review than any wait time I had today. Thank you, Piedmont staff!
